“กินข้าวกันไหม” - Have you eaten?

“กินข้าวกันไหม” เป็นคำทักทายของคนไทยที่คุ้นชินมาตั้งแต่อดีต บ่งบอกถึงความสำคัญของวัฒนธรรมการกินข้าวว่าอยู่คู่กับคนไทยมานาน อีกทั้งยังการแสดงให้เห็นถึงความห่วงใย และมิตรไมตรีที่คนไทยมีให้ต่อกัน ส่งผลทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากข้าว และการกินข้าวนั้นเปี่ยมด้วยเรื่องราวที่ถ่ายทอดต่อกันมาถึงปัจจุบัน

I+D STYLE CAFE หรือ Innovation Plus Design Style Cafe เป็นคาเฟ่ต้นแบบที่ผนึกรวมการออกแบบ นวัตกรรม และแนวคิดเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมไว้ด้วยกัน โดยสำนักส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มเพื่อการค้า กรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ(DITP)  ในงาน THAIFEX -  ANUGA ASIA 2020 “The Hybrid Edition” นี้ได้จัดนิทรรศการภายใต้แนวความคิด “กินข้าวกันไหม” เพื่อสื่อถึง T - STYLE  (THAI STYLE) ซึ่งเป็นการเชื่อมโยงความเป็นไทยผ่านเรื่องราวของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีนวัตกรรม หรือเป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในเชิงพาณิชย์ พร้อมส่งเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในการค้ายุคใหม่ (Creative Economy) ควบคู่กับเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) และยังเป็นการบอกเรื่องราวความเป็นไทย หรือวิถีชุมชนผ่าน “ข้าว” ที่สะท้อนความเป็น Thai Style ที่โดดเด่น

 

 

Have you eaten?

“Have you eaten?” has always been a familiar greeting of Thai people. It signifies the importance and long-standing culinary culture in the Thai society.  It is also an expression of care and friendliness that Thai people offer one another. That is why rice-based products and rice consumption have long-standing history that have been passed on from generations.

I+D STYLE CAFE or Innovation Plus Design Style Cafe is a prototype café that brings together environmental designs, innovations and concepts developed by the Office of Design and Innovation for Trading Promotion, Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP). THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2020 “The Hybrid Edition” exhibition is held under the theme “Have You Eaten?” to communicate the concept of T - STYLE (THAI STYLE) or the connection between Thai characteristics and innovative products or products derived from local wisdoms in a commercial sense and also to encourage the understanding of creative economy, circular economy and to tell stories of Thai culture or community practices through “Rice” which is the outstanding reflection of Thai Style.
